I would agree that punishment serves no pupose and the goal should be to rehabilitate or remove dangerous elements from society.
Unfortunately, this man WILL NOT be rehabilitated until someone chops his fucking nuts off. Absent that, he should get life without parole, not for punishment, but for the good of society.
This judge is nuts!
