First, is Jimmy Carter on how how Bush broke his three promises in creating FEMA. Namely,
1) FEMA will be governed by competent individuals.
2) FEMA will always be an independent organization.
3) FEMA will be adequately funded.
The second clip, which should probably get your blood boiling, is Phil Donahue really taking on Bill O'Lielly. I really liked Phil's charge, but there was a point where I REALLY wanted to punch Bill in the face.
