A Pennsylvania Court Ruling That Reunites A Lesbian Mother And Her Non-Biological Daughter

In other news, the C.T. State senate voted today on legislation to recognize same-sex civil unions. The measure, expected to pass in the house, will be the first of its kind in the country. Other states that recognize such unions have only done so, at the order of the sate judicial system.
