I didn't realize that Texas didn't even have an option for life without parole. Maybe this is why it has such a high execution rate.
In any case, I think it's about time they stopped executions for minors (it's a mere step, but still a step, in the right direction. And to think that not even Saudi Arabia would send a minor to death,,,
