I have been feeling increasingly frustrated and disenfranchised from a Senate that didn't seem to be able to get anything done.
Today, my faith was significantly restored in this institution. When I watched the vote this afternoon, I tried to imagine what it will fel like to be one of the Nays on this historic act and day.
