quote[Democrat Party is a political epithet[1] used by some conservative commentators and by some past and present leaders of the Republican Party (including the Republican National Committee, the White House, and President George W. Bush) in speeches and press releases instead of the name (or more precisely, the proper noun) Democratic Party. In terms of usage, "Senator Kerry is a Democrat" is standard, while "Kerry is a Democrat Senator" is controversial because it uses the noun "Democrat" as an adjective.]
Despite being grammatically incorrect, it is quite annoying.
BTW, I am intentionally avoiding discussion of the latest idiot speech today. It won't make a difference to comment on it: the moron in chief will do what he wants anyway, Congress will keep themselves neutered, and it won't change anything except for the number of American lives lost.
